SiteGuard Management
Field Assessment & Management
Every commercial stormwater asset on your property — mapped, rated, photographed and documented. Delivered as a permanent property record, not a one-time report.
What the assessment covers
What the Assessment Covers
Management is the commercial entry point: visually review safely accessible stormwater assets, organize the property record, prioritize work and build recurring service relationships.
Initial service markets: Indiana, Ohio and Florida. Intelligence strategy: nationwide.
We inspect every accessible stormwater asset on the property — ponds, swales, ditches, basins, inlets, outlets, culverts and spillways. Each asset is rated on a 1–5 condition scale, photographed with dated documentation, and tied to a corrective budget and a 12-month maintenance plan.
The assessment is the entry point into a recurring service relationship. Every subsequent visit updates the permanent property record — building a defensible, transferable history that survives ownership changes and supports regulatory compliance.
Every assessment includes
Four core deliverables
Every SiteGuard assessment delivers the same four outputs — regardless of property size or complexity. These are working documents built to support recurring service, regulatory compliance and ownership transfer.
Mapped asset inventory
Visible ponds, swales, inlets, outlets, culverts, spillways and drainage structures.
Recorded observations
Dated photographs, 1–5 field-recorded ratings and notes organized by property and asset.
Priority review plan
Potential near-term and planned actions organized with preliminary budgeting for customer or specialist review.
Continuity review options
A 12-month planning path with annual, quarterly and portfolio-wide service options.
Pricing
Transparent, per-property pricing
No retainers, no subscriptions to start. You pay per assessment. Pricing reflects property complexity, asset count and site access — not a flat fee that ignores what's actually on the ground.
